EN - SENDING ORDERS

TRUIE sends all its orders from France with a shipping method that allows the tracking of these orders. The tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

TRUIE fait partir toutes ses commandes de France avec une méthode d'envoi permettant le suivi de ces dernières. Le numéro de suivi vous sera donc envoyé par email dès que votre commande aura été expédiée.

Return Policy

EN - RETURNS -

It is very unlikely that you will be disappointed with your TruieShirt, but in the extraordinary case that this is the case, you can return your item(s) for a refund (Total price paid when ordering). You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to return the item to us.

However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We therefore invite you to make your return with a method allowing its follow-up, since in the event that the band has not received your return no refund will be made.

The returned Truieshirts must be in perfect condition, ready to be marketed again. Any returned item that has been worn, soiled or damaged will be returned to you at your expense.

ATTENTION - We do not accept any return of CDs (unless of course the copy received has defects that do not allow you to enjoy its content. In this case we will send you a replacement copy. A short video may be requested before we send you a new copy).

For all returns, be sure to send an email to truiegrind@gmail.com containing the tracking number of your package.

Il y à très peu de chance que vous soyez déçu de votre TruieShirt, mais dans le cas extraordinaire où ce serait le cas, vous pourrez retourner votre ou vos article(s) afin d 'obtenir un remboursement (Prix total payé lors de la commande). Vous avez 14 jours à partir du moment de la réception de votre commande pour nous retourner l'article.

Les frais de retour seront cependant à votre charge. Nous vous invitons donc à faire votre retour avec une méthode permettant son suivi, puisque dans le cas où le groupe n'aurait pas reçu votre retour, aucun remboursement ne pourra être fait.

Les TruieShirts retournés devront être en parfait état, prêts à être commercialisés de nouveau. Tout article retourné qui aurait été porté, sali ou abîmé vous sera retourné à vos frais.

ATTENTION - Nous n'acceptons aucun retour de CDs (sauf si évidemment la copie reçue présente des défauts ne permettant pas de jouir de son contenu. Dans ce cas nous vous enverrons une copie de remplacement. Une petite vidéo pourra vous être demandée avant tout renvoi d'un produit neuf).

Sometimes the size ordered is not exactly the right one (the dimensions of each size are nevertheless given on each product sheet) and you need to make an exchange. You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to make your exchange request and return the item to us.

TRUIE cares about your well-being and happiness. The band therefore proposes that you return the Truieshirt that doesn't fit you properly at your own expense, in order to receive a new one of the right size.

Also, we invite you to make your return with a method allowing its follow-up, since in the event that the band does not receive your return no exchange will be made.

For all size exchanges, please send an email to truiegrind@gmail.com containing the tracking number of your return package, as well as the size you wish to receive.

Il arrive que la taille commandée ne soit pas exactement la bonne (les dimensions de chaque taille sont néanmoins données sur chaque fiche produit) et que vous deviez faire un échange. Vous avez 14 jours à partir du moment de la réception de votre commande pour nous faire votre demande d'échange et nous retourner l'article.

TRUIE se soucie de votre bien être et de votre bonheur. Le groupe vous propose donc de retourner à vos frais le TruieShirt qui ne conviendrait pas, afin d'en recevoir un nouveau de la bonne taille.

Aussi, nous vous invitons à faire votre retour avec une méthode permettant son suivi, puisque dans le cas où le groupe ne recevrait pas votre retour aucun échange ne sera fait.

Pour tous échanges de taille, veillez à envoyer un email à truiegrind@gmail.com contenant le numéro de suivi de votre colis retour, ainsi que la taille que vous souhaitez recevoir.

Les TruieShirts retournés devront être en parfait état, prêts à être commercialisés de nouveau. Tout article retourné qui aurait été porté, sali ou abîmé vous sera retourné à vos frais et sans nouvel article.
